I recently had a fantastic stay in Istanbul and I couldn't be happier with my choice of hotel. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged a VIP transfer from the airport for me, which was done to a very high standard. Secondly, the hotel's cleanliness is top-notch. My room was cleaned daily and the attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the location of the hotel could not be any better. It is conveniently close to the metro and train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. a great value for money option.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

The attention to detail was impressive, from the fruit plate they welcomed me with to the daily room cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of small food markets and restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made omelette and fries.
Everything was just perfect, nothing to improve!

The hotel was located near a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, from helping carry bags to arranging transportation. the breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options.
The noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful - they even arranged for VIP airport transfer. The hotel was spotless with daily room cleaning and plenty of towels. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, markets, and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made omelettes and fries. Great value for the price.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had some lovely Xmas decorations around the hotel which added to the spirit. , the breakfast was pretty good - had some fresh croissants and hot coffee. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and had some nice restaurants nearby.
The wifi was poor and kept disconnecting frequently. The room was quite cold and the heating system was very noisy.
